    Aparte necesitamos frijoles refritos y queso fresco o añejo rallado.
  3. Ahora sí: ponemos en un sartén con aceite a freír por ambos lados nuestros huaraches y los sacamos en un platón.

    Les untamos frijoles refritos, enseguida salsa verde.

    Los bisteces los ponemos a freír en un poco de aceite a que no estén rosas y los repartimos por encima de los huaraches y finalmente por encima les ponemos un poco de queso.
