  6. Cuando la carne este ya medio cocida en un color rosita agregaremos la cebolla para integrarla muy bien.
  7. Cuando la cebolla ya se ve medio transparente y perdió parte de su textura agregaremos las papitas y mezclaremos bien. Dejaremos unos 5 minutos con tapadera.
  8. Ya que está bien cocinado agregaremos la salsa junto con el laurel y el tomillo, también agregaremos una pizca de sal, también agregaremos el caldito que nos había restado del hervor y mezclaremos. Dejar tapado 5 minutos a fuego medio. Pasado este tiempo es bueno revisar si le hace falta sal para agregar en el caso que llegara a faltar y dejas coccionar 3 min más.
