  7. Una vez que está bien dorado, agregamos las papas, sal y revolvemos bien.
  8. Para la salsa verde yo utilicé, los tomates, 1/4 de cebolla, los chiles serranos y un poco de cilantro (todo en crudo). Montamos el pambazo con la cama de papas con chorizo, crema, queso, salsa y lechuga.
