  8. Dejamos a fuego medio bajo hasta que el jitomate ya haya evaporado (no por completo, deja tantito).
  9. Este proceso lleva de 15 a 30 minutos.
  10. Una vez se haya evaporado, deja que se enfríe poco y sirve o bien puedes acompañarlas con tostadas con crema y queso.
