- Desmonta el pastel, en el caso de que no uses un molde desmontable deberás esperar unos minutos y calentar un poco la superficie del refractario (con una toalla caliente o con agua tibia). Recuerda que debes desmontarlo en el platón que lo presentaras
- Corta las galletas de nieve 2 cm. Más altas que el pastel y colócalas alrededor del pastel, sujétalas con un listón
- Pon el chocolate arriba del pastel, cuida que la galleta no esté unida y sin espacios, para que el chocolate no se derrame.
