  4. Echar carne previamente sazonada, al sarten CON CUIDADO SIN QUEMARTE.y poner cada filetes y dejar a medio fuego, tapar y dejar que se cocine al vapor.
  5. Luego voltear hacia el otro lado y repetir(dejar que se cocine de los dos lados) sin dejar secar la carne, que va ir votando su jugo. Cuando ya casi este blandita, echar el ajo y cebolla picados en largo o como gustes. Puedes acompañar esta rica carne con arroz o papas Y tu comida esta lista!!!🙌🍗🍜
